"INCOMPETENCE. I called Staci Tucker’s office and received auto insurance for 2 cars. I was billed every month for 3 months. Text messages alerted me to the billing. Then a couple days ago I received a letter in the mail (dated two weeks ago) saying I had submitted applications for auto insurance but they were incomplete and have been cancelled. A refund is forthcoming.
Why would you be billing me if I didn’t have a policy? Why would you mail me a letter if I was losing coverage and you could email or call me. You email me for every bill. But you couldn’t clue me in to this “application” situation? Also, what are you talking about, I called you and got a policy all sorted out over the phone. UNBELIEVABLE. Also I called your office at 3:50 on a Monday and no one picked up."
